The Maund Rum collection has its origins in exceptional blends of Caribbean rum distillates that mature for many years in their home countries in order to fully develop their complex, typical flavours.

 

The ‘Maund Finishing Single Cask Finishing’ plays a central role here: this exclusive ageing technique has been perfected by THE WILD ALPS over many years and takes place exclusively in Pinot Noir barrels, which unfold their magic in the ‘wild Alps’. Here, the rum takes on a special depth and strength of character due to the unique alpine climate and the barrel flavours, making it unmistakable.
